Comment: Tom Kmiec and Luay Shino have been very patient, kind and caring towards myself and my family. They made sure we understand what is happening and always follow up with us right away with any of our concerns. The staff has been great.

Comment: We went with Concraft because of previous experience and knew our facility. We were initially told only bathroom was not being used. First day, we were asked not to use classroom, and it ended up being storage area for equipment. We had many upset parents who are paying customers and then we finally asked workers to store equipment in another room so the children could return to classroom we were upfront about not moving children from classroom.

Comment: Staff was very nice. Talked to me and made me not stress or cry about my belongings. Assured me that everything would be alright and they were there to help. Company operated with efficiency, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and friendly staff.

Comment: Joe was amazing. He was very well educated and really helped my family deal with the flood. The crew that showed up was as good as Joe promised. Honestly, one of the best experiences we have had with any company in the last few years.

Comment: Many compliments to Concraft for excellent response and workmanship. My son's wife was one day overdue with their first child when their basement had a water backup "flood". I called Aneil and Joe at Concraft. When I arrived at my son's house, there was mayhem. My son and his wife were nervous and panicky along with friends they had over, I took care of the insurance side then went to work calming them down, shortly afterwards Joe arrived and from the beginning, took reassuring steps that helped re-focus all of them. Finally, when the clean up crew came, their professionalism, care and speed were amazing. Thank you all!

Comment: Elizabeth is amazing, so sweet and comforting. She truly understands customers. Joe was awesome and down to business. Bob completed the estimate in a timely manner. Mike was very nice but no communication between us. Maybe a personality conflict. Took 7 weeks for a job that should have been completed in 3-4 weeks. Tom was amazing!!
