Comment: I was told job would take about 3 hours but took about 1.5 hours - estimated cost was unchanged and was about 1/2 of what the plumber charged for much more extensive work with charge reduced because less work involved than anticipated.

I just wanted to take the time to express to you how pleased I am with the service that was provided by Concraft Inc. They were prompt in responding to our request for an estimate on repairs to our home. The gentleman who prepared the estimate was not only polite and timely; he also took a great deal of time to explain the situation to both my husband and myself. The work crew that repaired the roof was very careful to prevent any damage to the patio, and they cleaned up the debris very thoroughly. The interior work took two days. I was comfortable having the workmen in my home, as they were very pleasant and polite. They worked very hard and did an outstanding job of restoring our home. Thank you for recommending Concraft to us.

Sal and Tom were perfect with their drywall repairs and painting. Mike Gross was prompt, congenial and kept me informed all the times.

Comment: Your employees that did the carpentry did not do a very professional job. Cabinets were hung with drywall screws.

Comment: The 2 staff members that worked at the house were very friendly and professional. However, they said that they would return after the carpet was installed to help put items and furniture back in place but they did not mention that there would be an additional charge. "Just call Tyler and he would set up a date". It was then that we were told it was an extra charge. I feel we were mislead about the after process.

Comment: They were all polite, sympathetic and understanding of our situation. Not only the basement water problems (flood!) but the fact that my husband was in hospice care. What a mess we had, but your employees were great caring for the basement flood. Thank you so much! You did great doing what you do best!
