Summer from their office is super! All my damage is outside, major storm tore through our neighborhood and left huge down trees-my electrical mast and meter were ripped from my roof and house. My insurance company contracted with ConCraft and I have been in constant contact with Summer-she worked diligently Thursday to get an electrician out to put up a electrical mast and meter box so that DTE would agree to reattach power to my house-sure enough 7:30 Friday morning they were here-Summer then got a carpenter out the same day to temp repair my roof in case of rain. Summer is just so attentive and really hustled for me so that I would have power again before the long weekend. There is still roof, gutters, siding and fence work to do so look forward to continuing to work with this company.

The true test of any services related business is how they handle themselves when things DON'T go according to plan. We had extensive mold and water damage in my apartment-style condominium. We had to deal with multiple insurance companies, a neighbor, a management company and a homeowner's association. Oh yeah, and toss a global pandemic in the mix just for fun. From start to finish, it was almost a three year-long process. Concraft stuck with us through a situation that just got more and more complicated as time dragged on. We made my down payment at the end of 2021. Concraft honored their pricing even with their costs increasing throughout 2022. The relief we feel now living in a home that is both safe and comfortable is immeasurable. Special thanks go out to Tyler and Dominic from mitigations, you guys are the best. Matt, I'm still in awe of how fast and well you got everything rebuilt. And last but not least... Melissa, who helped me bring my project back to life after the insurance companies left me hanging.

CONCRAFT was hired by our condo association to handle a large fire loss. They did an excellent job from start to finish, especially with their communication.

After having some MASSIVE problems with my home, Concraft has decidedly been the BEST, most RELIABLE, and fastest to respond to ANY question or issue I've faced. Between leaking pipes which lead to fallen-in ceilings, to roofs failing under water pressure leading to mold- these guys have successfully FIXED IT ALL. ANY home repair issue or question I've had, they've taken the time and care to answer my questions, and make sure that all issues have been addressed 100%. They have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure their work is absolutely top notch. 10 out of 10

My condo experienced a fire in August of 2020. The Association management (AMI) hired Concraft to do the restoration work, and their initial response to secure the building and quality of the work was good. I spoke with Aneil Kersey, Vice President, as well as the project manager at the time and felt that they were fully engaged and would do a great job in getting the condo repaired. Initial estimates for the timeline to repair were anywhere from 8-9 months to a year, according to the PM that I spoke with. Fast forward to now (mid-December 2021, 16 MONTHS later), and the job is nowhere close to being done. I get that there are supply-chain and labor issues in the marketplace, but I'm out of my home and paying rent as well as continuing to pay my monthly condo dues for a home that I cannot use. There have been periods of time where the job has sat for weeks or longer with nothing being done. At this point, I have no confidence that I will be able to be back in my home at any time in the near future. In addition, the prices that they charge for materials such as cabinets and fixtures are insane (presumably because the insurance is supposed to be covering the costs, so they can charge top dollar). I don't have any experience with other damage restoration companies, but my experience with Concraft thus far has not been good.

We recently had a water issue in our home. I highly recommend Concraft for their water remediation services. Their response time and service were great. I especially thank Cody Stepanian for his service. He went above and beyond, always taking the time to answer our questions. The entire team was professional and courteous. We were very pleased.

The delivery of the kitchen cabinets that I ordered from Concraft were scheduled for delivery to my home at noon on May 12th. Greg arrived at 12:01, and apologized for being so late. He explained that he had stopped to save a bus load of blind school children, whose bus was on fire and hanging off of an overpass, teetering and about to fall 50 feet to the road below. Greg was able to hold the bus in place with one hand, and calmly directed the poor frightened children to the rear exit, where they could safely leave the yellow death trap. Greg was delayed by the first responders, who arrived after Greg had saved the children and extinguished the flames, having the forethought earlier that day to pack a fire extinguisher into his delivery truck. Apparently they would not let him leave til they had all shaken his hand in thanks. I brushed the remaining soot off of Greg’s shirt, and was amazed as he went right to work, unloading the dozen or so cabinet boxes from his truck…all the while ignoring my offer of help…refusing even my offer of a bottle of water. “Not until the job is done”, he replied, politely brushing aside my extended hand. As Greg was wrapping up, he received a phone call from Sir Paul McCartney, asking Greg to join his band for an upcoming tour, as one of his band members had injured his hand, and would be unable to play. Greg never hesitated, “ my first duty is to Concraft and our customers, I have no time for fun and games”. As I tried to wrap my mind around this display of loyalty, Greg noticed that one of the tires on my Jeep was 2 lbs under the recommended pressure level. Without asking, Greg pulled a compressor from his truck and prevented a potentially deadly accident, by inflating the at risk tire to its proper PSI. Greg had just finished unloading the hundred or so cabinets when he received a text from my hero, Chuck Norris. As I listened in amazement, Greg explained that he had once trained Chuck, but had left that job to work for Concraft. “I am the only person that Chuck could not defeat, but I have no time to teach him all my methods. With the thousands of cabinets safely stored in my garage, Greg swept my driveway, thanked me for being a customer, and apologized again for arriving so late. As Greg drove away, obeying the 25 mile speed limit, I realized that I may never see that level of dedication again. And had my wife been home and met Greg, I would likely be a divorced man today. Concraft is indeed in good hands with Greg around.

The sprinkler head broke Christmas Eve and in two days they were out to service the property and then the job was taken care of.

We purchased a condo that was burned due to lightning. We came in the last 6 months of the build and bought from the owners. We worked with Concraft the last 6 months of the build and they were wonderful working with us and identifying what we could/could not upgrade at that point we came into the build. They were very accommodating, and responsive to calls, texts and emails and always made things right. Fantastic, quality people and work teams.

Comment: If I could’ve I would give this company a 10 star rating they found water where we didn’t even expect water could be we would have definitely been in trouble if we would not have called Concraft they were fast in getting here very polite and did a wonderful job I Will Refer them to everyone who needs a service like that

They set up an enclosure for a week to deal with water damage from a leak. Very professional and courteous staff. Melissa is the best.

I would highly recommend this place. Everyone that came out to clean-up were great. The staff from office to management to crew were very friendly, helpful and professional. They definitely helped with the stress that comes along with the issue. I would use them again if I had to. Thank you Concraft!

Our home ‘Condominium burned, in November of last year two days before Thanksgiving what a challenging experience…. ConCraft project manager Luay worked very hard with all the young men that worked in our home , they were very respectful , to make sure our home was completed, decent and in order for us to be able to move back in our home just in time for my 62 birthday in May. 😁😁🥳🥳 …Thank you Luay and ConCraft.
