Comment: Only problems I had was that I felt the job took a little long. 12-13 weeks for basement rebuild. They worked 2-3 days a week. Overall, everything was great! Joe and Luay were great, Bob, Tim and Jeff were great as well. Pat temporarily lost my cat, we asked that he make sure that the back door was closed and he left it open.

Comment: Mike Gross was exceptional in coordinating the repairs with my schedule. 99% of the time I was not at home because I am the primary caregiver for my mother. It took a long time but it was done as promised. Sal is an outstanding painter. He takes extraordinary care to assure that your home is painted perfectly and cleans after himself better than any other painter I've hired. A big shout out to Joe and the mitigation team. Because of a past water problem that your team took care of, I called Concraft first, even before my insurance company. I highly recommend Concraft based on the two outstanding experiences I've had.

Comment: I want to tell you how impressed we were with the services we were provided to us by your staff. We had a leak in our baseboard heat lines that are located in the ceiling. We were referred to your company and called immediately. Within 30 minutes your company came out to evaluate and help mitigate the damage. We have had multiple contractors in our home doing renovations and not satisfied with their work or commitment. Not this time! The work by Concraft staff was unbelievable. Jason not only took care of scheduling and overseeing the work progress, but was always available for any questions we had. Harvey, Al and Jim were so committed to doing a great job and were always on time, worked continuously and cleaned up every night. I cannot express how happy we are with the work that was performed months ago and have had no issues. We receive so many compliments when guests enter our home and can't believe the quality of work. Thank you for all you did for us and when we have future home renovations, your company will be the only ones we call!

My Project Manager was very helpful, patient, and understanding with all my concerns and requests by allowing me to walk through each phase of the restoration project. I was able to see things I wanted to address to get done. Very Happy with all of the repairs and restoration of my home. After experiencing a fire in January! So happy to be home and get my life back!
