Luay Shino helped guide me through every detail at Stonebrooke of Southfield Condos during a fire loss and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He came out and met me in the middle of the night and handled everything. 5/5 and would recommend him and Concraft to anyone!

We were very pleased with Concraft. The people at Concraft are all very professional and nice, from the receptionist Katelyn to all the people sent out to work on our crawlspace. Sack, Nikki and Earl really worked so hard to make sure everything was right. They are very good employees for Concraft and represent them excellent! We would highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with Luay and the Concraft Team. They did a total demolition and construction of my parents condo that was destroyed by fire. I would recommend them to anyone.

At the end of 2021, I discovered water damage and a mold disaster at my 93 yr old Mother's home. Since the first day Tyler came to assess the damages, I knew we were in good hands with Concraft. He was exceptionally kind, professional, reassuring, and thorough. He explained the process of remediation and restoration so I could understand the entire process. I greatly appreciated knowing that I could contact him at anytime with questions. Then the work began. I must send a BIG SHOUT OUT to Cody, the lead technician of the great team of workers who came to set up the containments, and begin the entire demolition and cleaning. He is amazing! He patiently worked with us to rearrange furniture and appliances to allow my Mother to function as best as possible, despite being questioned repeatedly due to her dementia. Kind, considerate, punctual, professional...Cody was always first to come and last to leave. He went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied , all the while getting his work done. (On a side note, Cody to the rescue! A plumber doing work at the house caused a "waterfall" cascading two floors down! Without hesitation , he began to remediate. We can never thank him enough for that.) So next comes the restoration, and we wouldn't have any other company do the work. Thank you, Concraft, for a quick and efficient first phase. We look forward to the second half of the project, and a happy ending to my story!

The entire process was done quickly and efficiently. Both Sal S. and Jeff (carpenters) did an outstanding job in putting the kitchen and basement back in perfect order All the workers were very efficient polite and very careful with all the work that had to be completed

Cody Stepanian was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Melissa was super nice in the phone and they did a great job overall.

From start to finish such a nice crew of guys. Dominic came and inspected the whole job when finished. What a nice and caring man to work with. Also Earl, Zack and Chris were on the job and can’t say enough nice things about the whole crew. Very professional and cleaned up everything every time they came in and out of my house. Comment: Just a note to thank all the young men who so thoroughly cleaned, sorted and logged all articles in the mess caused by the backed up sewage in our basement. The condition was deplorable. They tolerated the constant inquisitiveness of the tenants.

Under the direction of Project Manager Mark Dubey Concraft Restoration did an outstanding job fixing the bedroom ceiling and the entire room after Mom noticed a crack in the ceiling that started leaking from roof damage. Tom and Sal S did a superior job replacing the ceiling yesterday and Steve came today to finish up with a bright-colored paint and all of the trimmings and special touches. Thank you! Thank you! All the workers were very professional in doing their work. The crew from Concraft handled our basement restoration in a timely professional manner. Nick, Tyler and crew made sure that we were completely satisfied with all work performed. They appeared on time for work and appointments, protected our flooring and entry, and cleaned up very thoroughly. Nick’s number one concern was our happiness with finished job.
