My house had weather damage on the roof. The insurance company had us contact Concraft. They were out that day to put tarp on the roof as emergency measures. The people in the office explained everything to me about what was going to happen and pricing, they were very helpful and answered all my questions in a very confusing time. At the same time our sump pump failed so our unfinished basement flooded, they were very honest about how much it would cost and what we really needed to do and how we could save money. Very friendly and nice and professional And patient.

Comment: It would be hard to single any one employee. I was impressed with everyone that came to our home and there were many! Everyone was courteous, respectful, timely. A very good experience for us and very appreciated. Thank you for making a stressful situation very tolerable because at our age, we do not answer the phone if it's a number we don't recognize. But I'd be happy to recommend your company to everyone I know.

Comment: Nick was good on availability for discussion. Seemed like mitigation strategy was efficient and cost-effective. Seemed pricey to me put the insurance company did complain so I guess the price must be in line with industry standard.

Loved having Concraft at our home. They did so much and helped us out after our flood. They handled the water mitigation, made sure it was dry, replaced the carpet, and did very nice work with the rest of the basement. We need to thank Tai, Tim, and Andrew, for their hard work and dedication to getting our basement back in order. Thanks again Concraft!

Comment: Josh Burrough went out of his way to find flooring that matched the color I had. Much appreciated. Everyone who worked here was very nice, considerate, and did a great job. Harvey and Abbey also did great work, as well as the flooring team. The only thing we have that we are bothered by is that the flooring creaks and cracks when we walk on it and a couple of areas feel like there's a little bulge. Overall, we are VERY satisfied with the outcome. All the workers were very skilled, kind, polite and patient. Thank you to all of your staff for their skills and friendliness. The crew that did the initial water mitigation were SO nice and did a GREAT job!
