Concraft completely renovated the lobby of this hotel. The project included installation of new carpet, wallpaper, ceramic tiles, and counter tops. We also handled the millwork, finish-out carpentry and painting to complete the fresh, new look.

Concraft's crews were hired to completely renovate the lobby and 78 bathrooms at this hotel. Our craftsmen installed the carpets, wallpaper, ceramic tiles, and countertops. We also did the millwork, finish-out carpentry and painting to complete the lobby. Concraft also renovated 78 bathrooms by removing and replacing bathtubs, installing new showers and tub surrounds and installing ceramic floor tile.

The customer was awakened because his pickup truck was on fire. The fire extended to the condominium structure, damaging 4 units. Of the damaged units, 2 required replacement roof trusses. Concraft was called by the CAU Insurance agent and our crew was on-site within an hour to secure the building, meet with board members, and consult with the co-owners. Concraft representatives educated the members on their responsibility for repairs, the insurance process, and rebuilt all 4 units to their original specifications.

An electrical issue caused a fire that damaged 8 condominiums. Four adjoining units had to be cleaned and painted. Concraft completely removed and replaced the roof in one building, which also required additional framing within units. Concraft repaired all 8 units -- a restoration project totaling 9,600 sq. ft.

A kitchen fire on the 3rd floor of a senior citizens center damaged 36,000 sq. ft. of the facility. Concraft was summoned to restore the fire-damaged areas, as well as water damages to all three floors impacted while extinguishing the blaze.

Concraft was called to the scene after a car ran into a condominium, causing extensive damages to the building. Eventually, the car ignited and caused smoke and water damage to 3 units. Concraft cleaned and secured the site, then restored the 3 units to pre-loss condition. The damaged units totaled approximately 3,600 sq. ft.

Concraft crews responded to coordinate immediate repairs so the restaurant could open the day after it was firebombed in the middle of the night. The building sustained smoke and water damage to a banquet room, dining area, and bar totaling approximately 10,000 sq. ft. Concraft was able to handle the emergency repairs required to let the restaurant open the next day and remain open while completing the restoration work.

Concraft technicians responded to a flood after a stackable washing machine on the top floor malfunctioned. The floodwater impacted all floors of the building. Because we were alerted immediately by the insurance agent and site manager, Concraft was able to mitigate the damages, save money, and get the situation back to normal very quickly.

Concraft was summoned after a foreclosed unit on the 11th floor of a high-rise building had a broken pipe that flooded all the levels of the structure. Concraft performed immediate water mitigation and repaired the damaged units and common hallways. Eventually, we restored approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of the building.

Upon arriving at the fire scene, Concraft's mitigation team secured the area to prevent unauthorized entry, posted warning signs, and eliminated slip-and-fall hazards due to wet VTC flooring. Our crews also repaired wet, sagging, and damaged acoustical ceiling tiles. After securing contents for restoration and placing the items in clean containers, all water was extracted, a flooring machine scrubbed the area and sanitizers were applied. Necessary drying equipment was set up and drying progress monitored until completion.
