  • Comment: The true test of any services related business is how they handle themselves when things DON'T go according to plan. We had extensive mold and water damage in my apartment-style condominium. We had to deal with multiple insurance companies, a neighbor, a management company and a homeowner's association. Oh yeah, and toss a global pandemic in the mix just for fun. From start to finish, it was almost a three year-long process. Concraft stuck with us through a situation that just got more and more complicated as time dragged on. We made my down payment at the end of 2021. Concraft honored their pricing even with their costs increasing throughout 2022. The relief we feel now living in a home that is both safe and comfortable is immeasurable. Special thanks go out to Tyler and Dominic from mitigations, you guys are the best. Matt, I'm still in awe of how fast and well you got everything rebuilt. And last but not least... Melissa, who helped me bring my project back to life after the insurance companies left me hanging.
