  • Comment: Al, Jeff and Jim were and are very good at what they do. Very good craftsmen. Others damaged our kitchen floor, did not remove all of the food from the cupboards during the drying process, turning the dryer heaters up to 121 degrees. After 2 days, all the food was spoiled. Never told us about the damaged floor or left food. No one cleaned up at the end of the project or replaced any kitchen items. The scheduling was terrible. A 2 month job took 3 1/2 months. To top it all off, I gave the project manager a receipt for over $200 to replaced the spoiled food. He stated that he gave it to the office so I was only compensated $85 rather than $286.79.
