A fire started on the second floor of this condominium from a candle causing significant fire, smoke, and water damage. The damage extended to the units below and to the exterior of the building. Concraft performed immediate water mitigation, secured the exterior of the building, and repaired all three units to their original condition. In addition, the condominium association also hired Concraft to replace several roofs in the community.
