A fire started in the garage causing severe structure damage, water damage, and smoke damage to 3 units.
Solutions provided:
Concraft worked with all 3 co-owners and their H-06 insurance company adjusters along with the association manager and association insurance carrier on settling the scope of work, cost, and repairs. We had to dry all the structures from water damage, also do all remodeling construction work to bring the condos back to its original state.
