Project Manager

About Mike Gross:

Mike Gross has been a Project Manager/Estimator for Concraft for the last seven years. Mike’s primary role at Concraft is that of Project Management. This includes coordinating approved claims with the client to get their selections and any modifications to the scope of work the client may want to incorporate. Mike understands that the event is usually a one-time thing for most clients and getting clients back to normal with quality work is his top priority.

Mike graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Business. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years gaining experience in new construction, commercial renovations as well as insurance restoration.

Mike enjoys taking a job from ruins in most cases to satisfactory completion and making clients rave with the results. Mike states, "The thing I like most about my job at Concraft is the impact we have helping people out of a crisis. Our work usually is created by an unforeseen event that can be devastating and destructive. It's rewarding using my experience to put the pieces back together for our clients."

Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, working around the house, traveling, and playing golf. He also has been spending time at a friend's 40-acre property. "I grew up in the city so it's opened my eyes to the beauty of Mother Nature," says Mike. His wife, Laurie, and he like to go out to eat at The Office Pub in Romeo where they live.

He can also be found channel surfing and watching Love Boat reruns when he is looking to escape reality. You will find his cat and his dog Peanut sitting right by his side.

Favorite quote: "If nothing changes, nothing changes."
