In response to a flooded basement , the crew from Concraft was at my home and began the process to restore my basement almost as immediately as I contacted them. Nick W and Armando were not only professional, they showed concern for the wellbeing of my property and reassured me of their process and the steps they were taking along the way to repairs. The care they took to preserve the materials in my basement will not only save me time and money but showed what respect they have for their customers.
I so appreciate the communication and assurances Concraft has given me thus far in getting my home safely back to normal.
