- Comment: The dreadful, unexpected ordeal turned in to a comfortable experience after Concraft took over. They gave step-by-step explanations of what was to be done during the restoration process. All the workers were very professional in doing their work. Nick, project manager, was most helpful with walking me through the process of what was to be done, making sure I was satisfied and answering any questions and concerns I had. Great person!
